The graffiti-ish styled chair is the outcome of performance art. Jennifer started with a white IKEA chair. The concept for the transformation is to let the times we live in and the object spur on an artistic conversation of its own making. Something Jennifer wouldn’t have conjured on her own. Its title, Who Is Left Standing, was the spontaneous thought as Jennifer connected the idea and associations of a “chair” and the changing tide of technology from social media to politics. That day jbalserinc Art on Instagram was hacked and Ray Ban Ads kept posting to people’s feeds (note person with glasses). Within minutes, followers from around the globe had alerted Jennifer to the intrusion on her feed. As if millions of humans are now playing musical chairs…
